Ollie Brown, founder of Dublin Wine Events, holds over 10 years of experience in all sides of the wine industry (buy, sell, consume...), with a WSET Diploma to justify. He is currently the Head Sommelier at the Michelin-Starred Morrison Room at Carton House.
